Lubricant Amount
When the lubricant amount of the THK BIF5010V-10 ball screw is insufficient, poor lubrication may occur; when the lubricant amount is too large, heat may be generated and resistance may increase. It is necessary to select the appropriate amount according to the conditions.
Grease
The amount of grease injected is usually about 1/3 of the volume of the internal space of the nut. Please consult THK for details on the amount of grease injected.
