Excellent durability

PMI has accumulated more than ten years of ball screw production technology. It uses German steel and applies our unique processing and grinding technology to provide PMI FSIC3204 ball screws with excellent durability.

High efficiency

The operation of the ball screw relies on the rolling motion of the steel ball inside the nut. It has higher efficiency than the traditional sliding screw and the required torque is less than 1/3 of that of the traditional sliding screw. Therefore, the PMI FSIC3204 ball screw can easily convert linear motion into rotary motion.

No backlash and high rigidity

PMI ball screws use a Gothic arch groove shape, which allows for optimal contact between the ball and the groove for easy operation. If appropriate preload is added to eliminate the axial clearance, the ball screw can have better rigidity, reduce the elastic deformation between the PMI FSIC3204 ball screw ball, nut and screw, and achieve higher precision.
