R254210005 Rexroth Standard Series Nut, ZEV-E-S Screw-in Nut, No Seal, Tolerance Grades T3, T5, T7, T9
ZEV-E-S is a cylindrical screw-in single nut (without flange), end cap type ball recirculation design.
Installation Method: Threaded installation, saving axial/radial space, suitable for confined installation positions.
Sealing Configuration: Standard low-friction seal ring (some models offer no seal), reducing dust intrusion and extending lubrication intervals.
Preload and Clearance: Available in standard axial clearance version, with selectable preload grades C0, C00, C1 (micro-preload to light preload).
Tolerance Grades: Compatible with lead screw tolerances T3, T5, T7, T9, T10 (precision to general accuracy).
Material and Manufacturing Process: Metal body, end cap recirculation structure, smooth ball guidance, low operating noise, Dm-N High value
