High lead ball screws must have high rigidity, low noise and thermal control. The design and treatment of PMI FSWE5012 ball screw have the following features:
High DN value
Under normal circumstances, the DN value of PMI FSWE5012 ball screw can reach 130,000. In some special cases, such as in fixed end cases, the DN value can be as high as 140,000. Please contact our engineers for this special application.
High speed
PMI's high-speed ball screw provides machine tools with 100 m/min or even higher moving speeds for high-performance cutting.
High rigidity
Both the screw and the ball nut are surface hardened to a specific hardness and hardened layer depth to maintain the high rigidity and durability of the PMI FSWE5012 ball screw.
A variety of thread heads are available to fit more balls into the ball nut, increasing the rigidity and durability of the PMI FSWE5012 ball screw.
