Product Overview

The PMI FDWC2506 ball screw is a precision ground ball screw produced by PMI (Taiwan Yintai Technology) and belongs to the FDWC series. The PMI FDWC2506 ball screw adopts an external circulation design and is suitable for industrial transmission scenarios that require high precision, high load and long life.

Structural Features

External circulation design: The "immersed" ball circulation path (the circulation tube is installed inside the nut) ensures that the PMI FDWC2506 ball screw runs smoothly and reduces noise, especially suitable for applications with large lead or large diameter.

High precision: The manufacturing process of the PMI FDWC2506 ball screw is carried out in a constant temperature environment (20℃), ensuring precision processing and assembly, meeting the C5 to C10 level accuracy requirements.

High rigidity and low backlash: The Gothic tooth design is adopted, and the gap can be eliminated through appropriate preloading, which improves the rigidity and positioning accuracy of the PMI FDWC2506 ball screw transmission.
