PMI FDVC2510 High Precision Ball Screw Precision C7 Ballscrew

The PMI FDVC2510 Ball Screw support methods include the following:

Double push and one free type is equipped with a thrust bearing at one end and the other end is suspended. PMI FDVC2510 Ball Screw Because one end is in a free state, it has small load-bearing capacity and low axial stiffness.

Double push and one simply supported type, PMI FDVC2510 Ball Screw one end is equipped with a thrust bearing and the other end is equipped with a radial ball bearing. The axial stiffness is not too high. When using it, attention should be paid to reducing the influence of thermal deformation of the screw. When installing, attention should be paid to making the heat source and screw work. The commonly used section should be away from the end where the thrust bearing is installed to avoid gaps in the thrust bearing due to thermal elongation of the screw.

Single-thrust thrust bearings are installed at both ends of the PMI FDVC2510 Ball Screw and preloaded. It can improve the axial stiffness of the ball screw; when pre-stretching is installed, the pre-tightening force is larger, so the screw only bears tensile force when working.
