Basic Structure of the HIWIN R15-10K3-FSC Ball Screw
The HIWIN R15-10K3-FSC ball screw consists of four basic components: the screw shaft, nut, balls, and a recirculating mechanism. The screw shaft has spiral grooves on its surface, while the nut has corresponding grooves inside. The balls are mounted between these grooves. When the screw shaft or nut rotates, the balls roll within the grooves, driving relative motion between them. The recirculation device acts as a "guide," allowing the balls to return to their starting point after reaching the end, creating a circular motion. This achieves continuous linear transmission with a compact and efficient structure.
