The Rexroth FDM-E-B is a flange-type double nut for Bosch Rexroth ball screws, designed for high-precision, high-rigidity applications. It utilizes internal circulation technology and a Type B flange mounting standard, offering C4/C5 preload classes and T3/T5/T7 tolerance classes. It is compatible with the precision rolled ball screw SN-R and is supplied only as a complete ball screw drive system. It is widely used in machine tools, automation, and precision equipment.
FDM-E-B Nut Core Features:
Structural Design: Employs a double-flange design (Flange Double-nut, type B), resulting in a compact and easy-to-install structure. The smooth outer shell features an effective scraper seal.
Preload Performance: As a double nut, it achieves adjustable preload through an internal circulation principle, providing higher rigidity and positioning accuracy than a single nut. 
Standard compatibility: Its mounting dimensions conform to DIN 69051 Part 5 (Flange Type B).
