THK NS0812A Ball Screw ball spline is a travel and rotation device with ball screw grooves and ball spline grooves crosswise on one shaft. Special support bearings are directly installed on the outer diameter of the nut of the ball screw and ball spline.
By rotating or stopping the nut and spline nut, three types of motion (rotation, linear and spiral) can be performed with only one shaft. THK NS0812A Ball Screw is used in the Z axis of horizontal multi-joint robots, assembly robots, automatic loaders, ATC devices of machining centers, etc., and is most suitable for combined devices of rotation and linear motion.

Because THK NS0812A Ball Screw ball spline has an angular contact structure with no ineffective stroke in the rotation direction, high-precision positioning can be achieved.
[Lightweight and compact]
Because the nut and support bearing are an integrated structure, a design with high precision and small size can be achieved. In addition, since the nut is lightweight and has low inertia, high responsiveness can be achieved.
