Structure and Features

The rolling surface of the steel ball is processed by special equipment and extremely high-precision processing technology. The THK NRS45CX Linear Guide achieves deep groove rolling surface processing that is closer to the ball diameter than previous products. As a result, the high rigidity, vibration and impact resistance, and damping (damping) required for machine tools are improved, making it a type that can withstand heavy loads.

The LM rolling guide of the THK NRS45CX Linear Guide has very high rigidity, so it is structurally susceptible to the misalignment of the center line of the mounting surface and the assembly error.
