Three functional systems of HIWIN MGW7H-0
Rolling circulation system
The slider, guide rail, end cover, steel ball and retainer work together to complete the efficient circulation of steel balls.
Lubrication system
MGW15-0: The end cover side is directly equipped with a grease nozzle.
MGW5/7/9/12-0: The end cover side has a reserved grease injection hole, which needs to be injected with lubricating oil/grease through a special tool.
Dustproof system
Basic protection: oil scraper (standard for all specifications).
Enhanced protection:
MGW9/12/15 can be equipped with dustproof sheet (to improve the sealing level).
MGW12/15 is equipped with bolt cover (to protect the mounting hole) as standard.
