(1) Self-aligning capability
The circular arc groove is designed so that the contact point is 45 degrees. The HIWIN HGW15CC Linear Guide absorbs most of the installation errors caused by surface irregularities and provides smooth linear motion through the elastic deformation of the rolling elements and the movement of the contact points. The HIWIN HGH20HA Linear Guide is easy to install and can achieve self-aligning capability, high precision and smooth operation.
(2) Interchangeability
Due to precise dimensional control, the dimensional tolerance of the HIWIN HGW15CC Linear Guide can be kept within a reasonable range, which means that any slider of a particular series and any guide rail can be used together while maintaining dimensional tolerance. A retainer is added to prevent the ball from falling off when the slider is removed from the guide rail.
(3) High rigidity in four directions
Due to the four-row design, the HIWIN HGW15CC Linear Guide has the same rated load in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions. In addition, the circular arc groove provides a wide contact width between the ball and the groove, allowing a large allowable load and high rigidity.
