The circular arc groove is designed so that the contact point is 45 degrees. The HIWIN HGW25HC Linear Guide is easy to install and can achieve self-aligning capability, high precision and smooth operation.
Interchangeability
Due to precise dimensional control, the dimensional tolerance of the HIWIN HGW25HC Linear Guide can be kept within a reasonable range, which means that any slider of a particular series and any guide rail can be used together while maintaining dimensional tolerance. A retainer is added to prevent the ball from falling off when the slider is removed from the guide rail.
High rigidity in four directions
Due to the four-row design, the HIWIN HGW25HC Linear Guide has the same rated load in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions. In addition, the circular arc groove provides a wide contact width between the ball and the groove, allowing a large allowable load and high rigidity.
