Installation and maintenance

Installation: When installing the HGW25HB linear guide, first ensure the flatness and cleanliness of the installation base. The unevenness of the installation base will cause uneven force on the linear guide, affecting its service life and motion accuracy. Use special installation tools and install in the correct installation order to ensure that the installation position of the HGW25HB linear guide rail and the slider is accurate. At the same time, during the installation process, pay attention to proper pre-tightening of the rail to improve the rigidity and accuracy of the linear guide.

Maintenance: Clean the HGW25HB linear guide regularly to remove dust, oil and other impurities on the surface of the rail to prevent these impurities from entering the steel ball circulation system and affecting the normal operation of the linear guide. Check the wear of the steel ball. If the steel ball is found to be severely worn, it should be replaced in time. Lubricate the HGW25HB linear guide regularly, select a suitable lubricant, and lubricate according to the prescribed lubrication cycle to reduce friction and wear and extend the service life of the linear guide.
