Features of HGL Series Linear Guides

(1) Automatic centering capability

The DF (45'-45°) combination of the arc groove, during the installation process, even if the mounting surface has a slight deviation, can be absorbed by the HGL30HA linear guide slider through the elastic deformation of the steel ball and the transfer of the contact point. It has an automatic centering function that can achieve high-precision, stable and smooth movement.

(2) Interchangeability

Due to the strict manufacturing precision control of HGL30HA linear guide, the size of the linear guide can be kept within a certain range, and the slider adopts a retainer design to prevent the steel ball from falling off. Therefore, some precision series are interchangeable. Customers can order guide rails or slide rails according to their needs.
