HGL15CA Linear Guides are four-row single arc tooth contact linear guides that incorporate the optimized structural design of ultra-heavy-duty precision linear guides. Compared with other linear guides, they have improved load capacity and rigidity, and have features such as four directions. The load characteristics and automatic centering function of the HGL15CA linear guide can absorb the assembly error of the mounting surface, thereby achieving high precision requirements. Automatic centering capability
The DF (45′-45°) combination of the arc groove, during the installation process, even if the mounting surface has a slight deviation, can be absorbed by the HGL15CA linear guide slider through the elastic deformation of the steel ball and the transfer of the contact point. It has an automatic centering function that can achieve high-precision, stable and smooth movement.
