The LW27EL linear guide rail from the LW series is most suitable for applications requiring high torque stiffness, low profile, and single-row use. It is a standard interchangeable product (interchangeable item). 
Features of the LW27EL linear guide rail:
1. Suitable for single-rail use. Due to its wider rail width, it provides high stiffness against lateral torque and a large load capacity, making it ideal for single-rail applications.
2. Strong load capacity in the vertical direction. With a contact angle set at 50°, the vertical load capacity and stiffness are enhanced.
3. High impact resistance. The adoption of an offset Gothic arch shape allows the rail to bear heavy loads, including impact loads, using four rows of contact.
4. High precision. The Gothic arch shape allows easy and accurate positioning of the rollers, facilitating straightforward and precise groove measurement.
5. Easy to use and safe by design. Even if the slider is removed from the rail, the balls are retained by the cage, preventing them from falling out.
6. Short-term delivery capability. With a series of interchangeable products for rails and sliders, short-term delivery requirements can be met.
