Introducción a la tecnología de diseño, fabricación y prueba de productos
La longitud y la carga pesada siempre han sido problemas importantes a superar en la fabricación de tornillos sin fin grandes y de gran capacidad. Esta serie de productos ha superado las tecnologías de diseño, tratamiento térmico, alineación, formación de carriles y detección dinámica. En términos de diseño estructural, el producto adopta una estructura de diseño con un circuito de circulación de bolas de múltiples vías y gran diámetro. La carga dinámica máxima nominal del producto es de 126 toneladas y la carga estática máxima nominal es de 595 toneladas. Jingpeng Machinery ha puesto en uso una serie de equipos, como un torno grande de 10m, una máquina de fresado rotativo duro de 10m, una amoladora grande de 10m, una máquina de temple por frecuencia media de 10m, una máquina de enderezamiento grande de 10m, un instrumento de medición de errores de carrera de tornillo láser de 10m, y ha tomado la delantera en establecer la primera producción de tornillo sin fin de 10m.
