Flangeless design: YGH55R linear guides are flangeless, shorten the width of the slider installation part, and process threaded holes suitable for combined installation. They can be interchanged with THK HSR HIWIN HGH. This design is conducive to saving installation space and facilitating combined installation.
Equal load in four directions: Each row of steel balls is configured at a contact angle of 45°, so that the slider has the same rated load in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions. Therefore, it can be used in any installation posture and has a wide range of uses.
High rigidity: The steel balls are arranged in four rows, have good balance, can apply sufficient preload, and can easily improve the rigidity in four directions. At the same time, the slider is designed with high rigidity to obtain stable high-precision linear motion.
