The core design concept of MGW14C linear guide is to maximize its rigidity, load capacity and dustproof performance

Optimized raceway design (45° contact angle – four-point contact):

This is one of the core features of MGW14C. The ball groove adopts a Gothic arch design, and the ball contacts the raceway at four points.

Advantages: Significantly improves the rigidity and load capacity of the guide in the radial (vertical load) and reverse radial (overturning moment) directions. It is particularly effective in resisting overturning moments (common in cantilever loads or uneven force conditions). Compared with the traditional two-point contact design, the rigidity is greatly improved (HIWIN claims that it can be several times higher than the traditional design).
