HIWIN CGL15CA is a four-row arc tooth contact linear guide with high rigidity, high load, high torsional impedance, and four-way load characteristics. This specification can be matched with the latest guide dustproof accessories.
Linear Guide Features
(1)High anti-torque capability
The DB (45-45) combination from the arc groove has a longer anti-torque arm (A1>A) compared to the DF configuration, and has the ability to withstand loads in the up and down and left and right directions, suitable for use in occasions with torque requirements.
(2) Optimized reflux
The integrated reflux system design greatly improves the smoothness of the slider.
(3) Better protection capability
CGL15CA uses a metal scraper as a standard accessory to improve the protection of the slider.
(4)Can be matched with guide dustproof accessories
The track can be equipped with a special stainless steel belt to replace the guide bolt cover (standard), suitable for occasions with high dustproof requirements.
