Since the screw shaft and nut of the ball screw are both point contact rolling motions, its efficiency can be as high as 90% or more. Therefore, its transmission torque is only 1/3 of that of the traditional lead screw.

4R63-40K6-DFSC ball screws use ultra-precision machining on the tooth surface to reduce the contact friction between the ball groove and the steel ball; and the rolling motion between the steel ball and the ball groove is point contact, which has the advantages of low friction and high operating efficiency. Therefore, the motor driving force requirements can be reduced, thereby reducing costs.
